Movn Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based role to visit cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices across Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts.

You will drive referrals, educate clinicians about the Movn program, and troubleshoot barriers to patient enrollment. Ideal candidates have clinical backgrounds, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage a moving schedule driving between sites.

Qualifications

• Clinically conversant in RN, LPN, exercise physiologist, MA, paramedic/EMT, cardiac rehab or telemetry tech, or a health-science degree.
• Background - experience troubleshooting and increasing patient flow in an organization.
• Naturally social: enjoys walking into a new office and winning people over; persistent but not pushy.
• A sharp, self-directed problem-solver who manages own schedule and digs into issues.
• Mobile - requires a reliable car, valid license, comfort with regular day travel.

Responsabilités

• Optimize and increase referrals in partner locations to grow impact and revenues.
• Visit cardiology practices, hospital units, and primary care offices across Upstate New York and Massachusetts.
• Introduce Movn to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators; become the familiar face they trust.
• Troubleshoot on-site when referrals slow or patients aren’t enrolling; identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Report field feedback: objections, workflow friction, coverage questions.
• Present to partners to educate on Movn program and address roadblocks.

About Movn Health

Movn Health is the leading virtual cardiac rehab program: our proven program helps patients recover at home, on their schedule, with outcomes that match in-person rehab and $10,000+ in savings per patient. Our goal is to grow access to rehab within our provider and payer partners to improve and extend the lives of our patients. That's where you come in. You'll be our person on the ground across upstate New York and Western Massachusetts - visiting cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices to build awareness, drive referrals, and troubleshoot stalled referrals.

What You'll Do

• Optimize and increase referrals in our partner locations to grow our impact and revenues
• Visit cardiology practices, hospital cardiac units, and primary care offices on a regular circuit across Upstate New York and Massachusetts
• Introduce our program to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, and become the familiar face they associate with Movn
• Troubleshoot on-site when referrals slow down or patients aren't enrolling — find where the process breaks and help fix it
• Report back what you hear in the field: objections, workflow friction, coverage questions
• Make presentations to our partners to educate them on the Movn program and answer questions or roadblocks
