Movn Health is seeking a field-based partner navigator across Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts. You will visit cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices to increase referrals, introduce our virtual rehab program, and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the referral-to-enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Clinical background: RN, LPN, exercise physiologist, MA, paramedic/EMT, or a health-science degree.
• Experience troubleshooting and increasing patient flow in an organization.
• Naturally social; enjoys opening new offices and winning people over.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and increase referrals in partner locations to grow impact and revenue.
• Visit cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices across Upstate NY and MA.
• Introduce Movn to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators; be the familiar face.
• Troubleshoot on-site when referrals slow; identify bottlenecks and fix them.
• Report field feedback: objections, workflow friction, coverage questions.
• Deliver presentations to educate partners and overcome roadblocks.
