Strides Therapy & Educational Services is hiring a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to work in Hillsborough County public schools. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language disorders, collaborate on IEPs, and provide evidence-based interventions to support student success.

The role requires FL licensure eligibility, a Master's in SLP, CFY status, and strong teamwork. Eligible for benefits with opportunities to grow professionally in a therapist-led, woman-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Valid limited state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Florida.
• Educator Certificate, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support communication needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.

Position Overview

As a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within the school setting. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based interventions to support student success.
