Job summary

KIPP Northern California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) in San Francisco to provide assessments, intervention, and case management to support student communication development within the Special Education team.

Under supervision, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with IEP goals and district requirements, traveling between school sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility to complete the ASHA Clinical Fellowship and California licensure requirements.
• Eligibility for or possession of a California RPE Temporary License to complete the Clinical Fellowship year.

Responsibilities

• Conducts speech-language evaluations and analyzes results to inform educational planning under supervision.
• Develops individualized therapy plans and implements evidence-based interventions.
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in supervision and professional learning.
