Job summary

KIPP NorCal is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) in San Francisco. The role provides assessment, intervention, and case management for students under supervision during the CF year.

The position is full-time in a school setting, requiring collaboration with teachers, families, and teams to deliver compliant, high-quality services. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for or possession of a California Required Professional Experience (RPE) Temporary License to complete the Clinical Fellowship year.
• Clinical practicum experience conducting speech-language evaluations and delivering intervention services in educational or pediatric settings.
• Knowledge of speech-language assessment, intervention planning, and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducts speech-language evaluations and analyzes assessment results to identify students' communication needs and inform educational planning under supervision.
• Develops individualized therapy plans and implements evidence-based speech-language interventions that support progress toward IEP goals.
• Monitors student progress and adjusts intervention strategies based on data.
