Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Faculty Success Specialist to lead onboarding, readiness assessments, and early transition for new clinical faculty across campuses. You will partner with campus leadership to uphold onboarding standards and promote faculty readiness and growth.

You will coach, observe, and mentor new faculty, ensuring compliance with college policies and accreditation standards while supporting ongoing faculty development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a BSN, MSN or doctorate degree preferred.
• Must meet state board of nursing requirements for clinical faculty.
• At least two years of experience in clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, orientation, readiness assessment, remediation, and early transition of new clinical faculty.
• Coordinate standardized onboarding processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Provide just-in-time coaching and remediation for new faculty.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to align onboarding with program goals.
• Oversee clinical site visits, grade audits, and 90-day evaluations.
