Qualifications

• Must hold current Washington RN license with copy of license
• CPR/First Aid certification current
• Background check including fingerprinting
• Transcript of highest education level
• CTE Conditional certification to start the job
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• One year of relevant experience with elderly/medically fragile individuals in last 3 years
• Ability to meet health facility employee health requirements
• Proficiency with basic computer programs for records and timekeeping

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups of up to ten students during clinical patient care training
• Assist nurse educators in clinical rotation and skills lab
• Plan and track student clinical rotation progress
• Document student observations and escalate issues promptly
• Maintain complete records of evaluation/observation for each student
• Assist in supervision to ensure a safe, positive learning environment
• Comply with Moses Lake School District policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by nurse educators
