AvaMed Workforce seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week day contract at Columbia Crest Center in Moses Lake, WA. Dates: 10/26/2026–01/24/2027.

Shift: Days, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (8 hours) with a 30‑minute meal break; 4 on / 2 off rotation. Requirements: active Washington CNA license, active on Washington OBRA registry, prior CNA experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, and successful completion of background check and facility health requirements.
