Job summary

Spartanburg Community College seeks a Clinical Experience Coordinator to oversee the clinical compliance and placement components of Health Science Division programs, serving as the liaison among students, faculty, and clinical affiliates.

The role includes coordinating placements, maintaining records for accreditation, monitoring student performance, and supporting continuous program improvement. Evening/weekend hours and travel to other campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Experience with programmatic accreditation, clinical affiliation requirements, student assessment, and healthcare education.
• Experience in clinical education, student supervision, teaching, or coordination of clinical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate the clinical compliance and placement components of Health Science Division programs.
• Maintain communication with clinical affiliates, preceptors, supervisors, and faculty to address concerns and support partnerships.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation for accreditation and regulatory compliance; assist with accreditation reports and reviews.
