Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is seeking an Exercise Physiologist 2 to coordinate, plan and direct preventative and rehabilitative health care for patients. You will observe, assess, perform interventions, and educate patients and families about care and disease management.

Responsibilities include developing exercise prescriptions, conducting tolerance testing, documenting outcomes, collaborating with the care team, and contributing to CQI efforts.

Qualifications

• Masters' or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 1 year of experience minimum.
• BLS and ACLS certifications within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, plan and direct preventative and rehabilitative health care for patients.
• Observe and assess patients, perform interventions, evaluate care results and educate patients and families.
• Develop exercise prescriptions aligned with medical plan and patient goals.
• Perform exercise tolerance testing and document outcomes in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in discharge planning and home programs.
