You will develop treatment plans, prescribe exercise, and contribute to patient education curricula while upholding safety and evidence-based practices.

The role requires advanced training, clinical experience in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department, and independent decision-making within scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CCEP or CCRP certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
• One year exercise physiology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and post‑discharge care.
• Monitor and record vital signs; observe changes and intervene as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and exercise prescriptions.
• Create educational curricula; serve as a preceptor for onboarding RNs and clinicians.
