Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site operations and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to the clinical engineering team.
• Lead Joint Commission inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, budgets, and vendor management.
• Develop and mentor technicians; ensure performance evaluations are conducted.
