Trimedx is seeking a senior clinical engineering leader to own and drive performance across multi-site operations. You will oversee budgets, build strong teams, and translate metrics into actions that improve uptime, compliance, and patient care.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership, a bachelor’s in electronics or engineering, and proven financial management skills. TRIMEDX offers growth and national opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications preferred (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE)
• Experience requirements waived for TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program graduates

Responsibilities

• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
