Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking Clinical Engineers to bridge clinical needs with product and process development. You will work with clinicians and surgeons to gather input, understand challenges, and conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to ensure solutions meet real-world user needs.

A key part of the role is evaluating workflows that are currently performed manually and helping to design, refine, and implement more efficient processes within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on clinical engineering experience (Sr.-Staff level).
• 5+ years of OR experience required.
• Experience in orthopedics is required.
• Experience with integrating digital navigation systems (any kind).
• Experience conducting cadaver labs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge clinical needs with product and process development and gather VOC from clinicians and surgeons.
• Evaluate workflows currently performed manually and help design, refine and implement more efficient processes in healthcare settings.
