Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking Clinical Engineers to bridge clinical needs with product and process development. You will work with clinicians and surgeons to gather input, understand challenges, and conduct VOC activities to ensure solutions align with real-world user needs.

You will evaluate workflows that are performed manually and help design, refine, and implement more efficient processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate clinical requirements into practical workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on clinical engineering experience (Sr.-Staff level).
• Minimum 5 years operating in the OR.
• Orthopedics experience is required.
• Experience with integration of digital navigation systems.
• Experience conducting cadaver labs.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ YOE in hands-on clinical engineering (Sr.-Staff level)

• Orthopedics experience required

• Experience conducting cadaver labs
