Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering or ICC/USCC certification
• Associate's degree in biomedical technology with BMET experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Advanced skills in clinical analytics and equipment lifecycle management may be considered in lieu of degrees

Responsibilities

• Project management on technology and facility projects
• Provide technical consultation for equipment pre-purchase planning and cost analyses
• Investigate product recalls and hazard alerts; conduct incident investigations as needed
• Conduct in-service training programs for nurses and staff on equipment operation and safety
• Review plans for remodeling to ensure equipment compatibility and cost effectiveness
