Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a collaborative Clinical Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and advance patient care through effective management of medical equipment and maintenance programs.

The role requires on-site work daily, with a focus on forecasting, device replacement decisions, and adherence to regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and reliable clinical operations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Assc Deg and/or Equivalent Exp.
• Engineering/Biomed Eng/related
• 5-10 years of experience in clinical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of supervisor experience or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manages Clinical Engineering program and install base of medical and non-medical devices.
• Leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer service; guides forecasting, replacement, and evaluation of devices.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, CAP, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
