Qualifications

• SaaS/cloud implementation experience with EHR/EMR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Assess clinical practices, state reporting, and patient treatment requirements.
• Manage project documentation and update stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to optimize configurations.
• Provide end-user training and ensure effective system adoption.
• Travel up to 25% to on-site data gathering and workshops.
