Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston is seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver ongoing professional development programs and in-service training for healthcare staff. This role supports clinical teams and requires collaboration with subject matter experts.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CPD training in healthcare, holds CRCST and CFER certifications, and demonstrates strong communication, planning, and instructional design skills.

Experience: Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals, preferably in a CPD or professional development capacity 3-5 years required
