Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Clinical Educator to deploy staff education within a defined specialty, aligning with system initiatives, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to promote clinical excellence and adherence to system standards.

The role focuses on staff education, just-in-time training, coaching, and resource support on clinical performance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related experience (preferred).
• Minimum of three years recent clinical experience in a specialty such as critical care, emergency, perioperative, or medical‑surgical (preferred).
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
• Current Advanced Life Saving certification as appropriate for the specialty.
• Specialty certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deployment and validation of system programs and initiatives within the specialty.

• Partner with department leaders and experts to identify educational needs and achieve organizational outcomes.
