Job summary

Aura Health seeks a Clinical Educator to develop, implement, and organize comprehensive educational activities across hospital departments, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff training.

You will partner with leadership to identify learning needs, implement quality and patient safety initiatives, and lead education projects while coaching staff and leaders. The role requires maintaining current clinical knowledge and navigating regulatory changes, with LMS usage for reporting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification within 3 years.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical experience.
• Adult education experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
