Job summary

The role requires nursing expertise, current SC RN licensure, and instructional credentials. You will design adult-learning based programs, deliver sessions, mentor educators, and ensure mandatory regulatory safety training is completed.

Qualifications

• Current SC RN license.
• BCLS certification current.
• BCLS Instructor certification (within 6 months).
• ACLS or PALS Instructor certification (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Conducts organizational needs assessments and performance gap analysis to determine training plans.
• Designs learning considering adult learning principles, learning styles, methodologies and resources for effective outcomes.
• Delivers training and mentors new educators.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and annual safety training for all employees.
