• Educator/Facilitator: develop educational programs, orientation, competency assessment, regulatory training, and policy alignment.
• Staff Nurse: perform assessments, document data, support care planning and discharge planning.
• Change Agent: lead change initiatives and participate in committees and strategic planning.
• Project Management/Researcher: integrate research into practice and drive performance improvement.
