- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and managers to align educational initiatives with hospital policies.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices in nursing care.
- Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness.
