Job summary

Union Health in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Clinical Educator for the 4EA, 4EC, and MRU units. The role partners with the RN educator team to design and execute plans for clinical growth, professional development, and engagement in the nursing role at Union Hospital.

Requirements include a current IN RN license; MSN preferred (BSN acceptable with MSN required within 3 years). Minimum three years of acute care experience; day shift, 40 hr/week, 8a–4p, with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current IN RN license
• MSN preferred, will accept BSN working towards MSN (MSN required within 3 years of hire)
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful clinical experience in acute care, prefer Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Unit orientation of new employees
• Unit competency management
• Ongoing development of unit education based on organization and unit needs
• Support in achievement of unit and organizational goals
• Active in Nurse Residency
