BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Educator for our Morristown, NJ Skilled Nursing Office. You will design and lead clinical simulation scenarios, mentor staff, and ensure clinical readiness in home care settings.

You will translate clinical standards into practical learning experiences, support onboarding, provide constructive feedback, and partner with clinic leaders to improve caregiver performance and patient safety. This role emphasizes hands-on education and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in good standing; New Jersey licensure required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years of staff development or nursing education experience.
• Experience with performance improvement plans, field staff orientation, chart review, and utilization reporting.
• Experience facilitating hands-on learning, skills validation, simulation, or scenario-based education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, lead, and evaluate hands-on clinical simulation scenarios in the skills lab.
• Facilitate experiential learning activities reflecting real-world home care situations.
• Support new hire orientation, clinical onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing staff development.
• Observe clinical performance, identify learning needs, and provide timely coaching and feedback.
• Reinforce BAYADA standards, policies, and patient safety expectations.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support caregiver readiness and quality outcomes.
• Assist with performance improvement plans and targeted education.
• Conduct clinical chart reviews and contribute to utilization review reporting.
• Maintain documentation of training, competency, and educational activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, compassion, and excellence.
