BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Field Educator to lead training for newly hired RNs while maintaining a small patient caseload.

You will precept, mentor, and onboard staff, coordinate competency education with the Clinical Education team, and deliver high-quality home health care with hands-on field work. Teaching passion and strong clinical judgment are essential.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in AZ.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required.
• Passion for clinical education, coaching and mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Precept and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits.
• Monitor orientation progression and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education to maintain staff competencies.
• Onboard new clinicians and build onboarding calendars.
• Deliver direct patient care in the field as needed (min 50%).
