If you enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping nurses grow, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a new team and build a strong culture of learning. You will work closely with bedside staff, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary partners to strengthen clinical skills and support safe, high quality care for pediatric patients.
You will identify learning needs, develop education programs, support onboarding and competency validation, and promote professional growth across the unit. This position develops, implements, and evaluates education plans that improve staff knowledge, confidence, and performance while supporting excellent patient outcomes and meeting organizational and regulatory standards.
This position develops, implements, and evaluates proactive educational plans and programs to address staff and departmental needs to ensure ongoing enhancement and improvement of staff skills, competencies and professional growth in accordance with established standards, requirements and regulations.
