Job description

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Peabody, MA area for the following position: Clinical Educator. Nurses with experience in areas such as Clinical Educator, Clinical Instructor, Diabetes Educator, Nursing Professor, or Preceptor are strongly encouraged to apply.

The position offers various shifts (day, night, mid) and employment types (full-time, part-time, per diem). Benefits include community hospital features, cross training, EAP, FSA, Level 1 trauma center, Magnet recognition, PTO, Tuition Assistance, and union facilities.

Qualifications
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred)
  • Experience in education and staff development
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS certification a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service, and continuing education
  • Assess educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and management to align educational initiatives with hospital policies
  • Serve as a clinical resource, providing guidance on nursing best practices
  • Maintain records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness
