Job Description:

Our Per Diem RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to utilize their clinical nursing expertise outside of patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Qualified Clinical Educators/Registered Nurses will educate Registered Nurses on IV Catheters.

This role involves education only; there are no sales responsibilities and no direct patient care.

This position requires national travel with a 2-week availability per month. Assignments vary in duration and are expected to continue until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension into the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and consultation to RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to support end-user education needs
• Assess customer needs and help resolve issues related to medical device knowledge or understanding of specific products
• Assist in delivering medical device-related in-service education to key customers
• Follow-up with key accounts and customers to identify unmet educational and clinical needs related to medical device implementation

Job Requirements:

• Active and Unrestricted RN License required
• 5+ years of RN experience required
• Preferred experience in ER, ICU, Oncology
• Experience with IV Catheter devices is a plus
• Comfortable with basic software programs
• Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Educator, Preceptor) preferred
• Availability to travel nationally 2 weeks per month
• Compliance with client and hospital requirements, including vaccination, may be necessary

The potential base pay range for this role is $40-$50 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be offered.
