Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to leverage their clinical nursing expertise outside of patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Job Description

As a Clinical Educator, you will train and educate Registered Nurses and Physicians on new IV catheter technologies and syringes. This role focuses solely on in-service education, with no sales responsibilities or bedside care. It offers a flexible, per-diem schedule requiring travel and the ability to work around your current commitments. Typically, you will undertake 1-2 assignments per month, each lasting 3-5 days, supporting regional and national customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff for medical device implementation.
2. Assess educational needs and collaborate to deliver effective training.
3. Use your clinical expertise to address questions and concerns regarding the medical device.
4. Provide updates and feedback to clients during and after assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred: Registered Nurse with active and unrestricted license.
• Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with IV catheters, needles, and syringes strongly preferred.
• Immunization clinic experience is a plus.
• Leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally.

The pay range is $40-$42 per hour, with potential bonuses, incentives, and benefits including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
