Job summary

SEARHC in Juneau, Alaska seeks a Clinical Education Coordinator to coordinate clinical education programs, manage training logistics, maintain records, and facilitate communication between clinical staff and education teams.

You will schedule trainings including CMEs, track enrollment in the LMS, generate compliance reports, and partner with HR and department leaders to align programs with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in healthcare administration, education, or related field preferred or 4 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare, education, or administrative coordination; hospital/clinical education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of clinical training sessions, workshops, and CME events.
• Prepare training materials and room setups in collaboration with educators.
• Maintain the education calendar and communicate upcoming events.
• Provide transcripts of competencies and courses to employees.
