Qualifications

• Teach onboarding orientation courses for new and transferring staff.
• Deliver live clinical training in classroom and simulation settings.
• Coordinate annual competency-based education programs.
• Maintain records of test scores and completion in LMS.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Educational Department on training materials.
• Preserve clinical expertise in assigned healthcare area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
