410 Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to lead LifeFlow training for healthcare providers in the Northeast.

The role requires heavy travel and covering nights and weekends, with close collaboration with Clinical Sales Specialists to expand awareness and usage of LifeFlow. You will document training activities in CRM, support customers in implementing LifeFlow into practice, and help shape education strategies and materials while meeting credentialing and hospital

Qualifications

• RN degree or Paramedic certification.
• 5+ years clinical experience in ED or ICU setting preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital setting and navigating departments and floors.
• Excellent clinical educator with 2+ years education experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with new people.
• Passionate, positive, collaborative approach to work.
• Detail-oriented with planning and record keeping.
• Ability to retain focus on key priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LifeFlow training for health care providers at LifeFlow accounts.
• Timely and complete documentation of details related to education, customer interactions and feedback in CRM.
• Work closely with Clinical Sales Specialists to expand LifeFlow awareness, proficiency and utilization in targeted accounts.
• Provide feedback and input on the LifeFlow education strategy, materials and processes.
• Assist customers in implementing LifeFlow into clinical practice, including inclusion in order sets and protocols.
• Solicit LifeFlow user input and cases to understand uses and share with 410 team.
• Maintain understanding of LifeFlow-relevant clinical subjects and share learnings.
• Conduct LifeFlow training and onboarding for 410 employees, consultants and distributors.
• Identify sites to introduce LifeFlow and educate on device and resuscitation.
• Support trade show participation and plan LifeFlow demos.
• Expand education by building relationships with practice influencers across accounts.
