Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years related administrative or academic experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotations to provide hands‑on experiences for medical students.
• Build partnerships with faculty, healthcare providers and clinical sites to support educational experiences.
• Serve as a trusted resource for students navigating clinical training and problems.
• Own complex scheduling, onboarding and program coordination for a dynamic clinical education program.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to advance curriculum delivery, student assessment and program quality.
• Use data and reporting to support accreditation efforts and inform decisions.
