Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Present CE and in-service training aligned with assessed needs; customize curricula for learner needs.
• Assess educational needs for clinical programs to improve staff knowledge and patient care.
• Develop innovative curricula and deployment strategies for various learning styles.
• Ensure program maintenance meets Mississippi/Alabama regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with unit educators and NMHS to align centralized and unit-specific training.
• Apply research principles to design evaluation and improve program outcomes.
• Maintain education documentation and regulatory compliance.
