Collaborating with unit educators, you will apply diverse teaching methods to support staff growth and maintain high standards of education and practice.

• Present CE and in-service training programs congruent with assessed needs; customize curriculum presentations to meet learner needs.

• Meets standards for CE and regulatory approvals.
• Collaborates with unit/department educators to complement training with centralized programs.
• Establishes communication within the NMHS system to share resources.
• Facilitates change and supports others in adopting new practices.
• Applies research to inform program design and improve patient outcomes.
