Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking an administrative-focused role to coordinate student placements, manage required documentation, and support the nursing department's educational initiatives.

You will assist with access to life support courses, handle invoicing, and maintain department records while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and program compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a health care setting.
• Two years of experience in secretarial or administrative support required.
• Ability to advance basic computer skills as health system adds new systems or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for students and observers, coordinating placements and required documentation.
• Coordinate training resources, including the American Heart Association Training Center.
• Assist employees with access to life support courses and related materials; order supplies and maintain records for AHA courses.
• Coordinate student placements and onboarding processes.
• Oversee academic contracts, liaising with Legal Department and communicating requested changes.
• Complete annual community benefits report and immunization tracking for students.
• Process incoming invoices and check requisitions for education expenses.
• Order supplies for the department and provide admin support.
• Maintain and update the Nursing website.
• Adhere to enterprise policies, manage timekeeping and attendance.
• Collaborate with peers, support ideas, participate in meetings and committees.
