Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead learning need assessments to inform design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning activities.
• Develop and execute learning programs to improve care and outcomes.
• Act as coach/mentor for new hires and students to facilitate onboarding and competency development.
• Partner with academic and internal resources to support learner experiences.
• Apply evidence-based practice and Lean tools to improve educational programs.
