Job summary

You will collaborate with unit leadership to ensure competency at hire and annually, align with accreditation standards, and coach staff to improve quality. The role supports nursing education and development while adhering to ANA standards and PHI policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides and evaluates clinical education for licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Collaborates with unit leadership to ensure staff competency at hire and annually.
• Supports leadership by aligning with accreditation standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Coaches and develops staff to maintain quality and drive change.
• Works with Nursing Education to identify learning needs and implement strategies.
• Ensures PHI compliance and annual security training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
