DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Educator in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for clinical staff across DCIDS locations.

Emphasis on didactic, simulation-based, and competency-based education in collaboration with clinical leadership. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a health-related bachelor's degree, and CPTC certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• RN licensure is required or equivalent.
• CTPC certification preferred or required depending on policy.
• Strong communication and teaching skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create clinical training modules and competency assessments.
• Develop structured orientation and ongoing education for clinical staff.
• Maintain training calendars and coordinate continuing education.
• Design scenario-based simulations and evaluation testing.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to address training needs and updates.
• Precept new staff and instructors; mentor trainers.
• Support data collection and business intelligence to improve outcomes.
