Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating clinical rotations and student management.
• Enter information on students, faculty, and sites in the rotations management system.
• Assist with rotation optimization setup and with VSAS database.
• Supervise clinical coordinators in the Orange Park Office of Clinical Education.
• Assist with policies for assigning students to rotations and track inquiries and schedule changes.
• Coordinate confidential files and generate regular reports; ensure rotations meet curriculum requirements.
