Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Educational Coordinator to assist in strategic planning for clinical education across the Center. You will develop curricula, coordinate assessments, and support research opportunities.

The role emphasizes instructional design, classroom teaching, and performance measurement to improve patient care. Strong clinical background and teaching credentials are required, with flexibility for varied hours.

Formación

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent in nursing or allied health.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Paramedic certification required; RN license preferred.
• BLS for HCP (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Ancillary instructor certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS within 2 years required.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and teaching preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology; EMT rule knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define needs and analyze data for educational priority setting.
• Coordinate curriculum and guidelines for programs.
• Write articles, reports, manuals, and learning materials.
• Assist with orientation of classes, workshops, and courses.
• Plan and teach basic and advanced skills sessions.
• Design tests and QA/QI to measure effectiveness of interventions.
• Conduct research and disseminate results of studies.
• Perform advanced physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Identify areas for audit or investigational study.
