Job summary

Coffee Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time Clinical Education Assistant to support system wide education services. The role under the Clinical Educator will help plan, track resources, maintain attendance records, and assist with hospital-wide compliance programs.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, strong English literacy, and ability to work under pressure, with certifications like BLS/ACLS/PALS pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Nursing Licensure in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain BLS, ACLS and PALS instructor certification.
• Willingness to obtain Crisis Intervention instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Track loaning of Education resources such as BLS, ACLS or PALS materials.
• Maintain Notebook of Education Inservice sign-in sheets.
• Placing employee attendance at In-services and Skills Fairs in HealthStream.
• Posting classes in HealthStream for registration.
• Creating Flyers for Educational Offerings.
• Assist to maintain educational postings on Bulletin Boards.
• Running reports of educational compliance and sharing with managers/directors.
• Setting up manikins for educational events, cleaning of manikins and maintenance of cleaning log.
• Making copies of class materials/handouts.
• Assisting with Educational classes as qualified and needed.
