Job summary

Codman Square Health Center Inc is seeking a Clinical Education & Competency Coordinator to support development, onboarding, and competency programs across the organization. This role ensures clinical staff are trained, competent, and aligned with evidence-based standards and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will coordinate annual competencies, track training completion, and standardize workflows, including Epic workflows, to promote safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Supports development and implementation of clinical education programs for nursing and medical assistants.
• Assists in onboarding and orientation, ensuring completion of required training and competencies.
• Coordinates and schedules education sessions and competency validations.
• Maintains training materials and education resources aligned with organizational workflows.
• Provides real-time support to reinforce clinical workflows and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual and ongoing competency assessments for clinical staff.
• Track and monitor completion of required competencies, certifications, and trainings.
• Assist with skills validation, return demonstrations, and documentation of competency completion.
• Maintain competency records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Identify gaps in competency and elevate to the Clinical Nurse Educator for targeted education planning.
