AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an Organ Donation Coordinator to respond to donor referrals, perform initial suitability screening, and coordinate donation plans with ICU teams.
You will round on referrals, support the Organ Procurement Coordinator, and communicate decisions to hospital staff, ensuring compassionate, compliant care.

Responds promptly to all donor referrals and performs initial suitability screening. Rounds on all referrals and manages relationships with ICU physicians and nurses. Assists the Organ Procurement Coordinator and team leader with referral‑related activities. Coordinates donation huddles to communicate donation action plans. Evaluates patients for organ and tissue donation suitability. Communicates donation plans to hospital and OPO staff.

Pay Range: $19.41 - $36.10
