Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience or shadowing preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time, in structured notes.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries and support care team workflows.
• Assist with clinical documentation improvement and review medical records.
