Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in structured notes with history, assessment, plan and exam.
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement through records review and population health tools.
• Administrative support for provider and care team, including orders and referrals.
• Other duties as assigned related to clinical documentation.
