Qualifications

• Improve the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation.
• Facilitate modifications to clinical documentation through interaction with physicians, nursing staff, and coding staff.
• Ensure appropriate reimbursement is received for the level of service rendered.
• Interpret policies and programs to support documentation improvements and compliance.
