Job summary

PHI, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Coordinator, Clinical Services to support billing services through clinical documentation in the Golden Hour system. The role acts as a resource for clinical documentation questions and educates staff on proper charting.

Qualifications

• RN or Paramedic with 3–5 years current air medical flight experience.
• Knowledgeable of the Golden Hour Data System and charting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to accurately collect, analyze and report data.
• Proficient in group educational presentations and able to clearly communicate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PFS review table and actions to obtain additional documentation.
• Educate staff on proper documentation within the Golden Hour chart.
• Assist with clinical data collection, data analysis, and QA/QI reporting.
• Support Communication Center with clinical guidance on transport questions.
• Assist Manager Clinical Services with Risk Management and Compliance activities.
• Ensure Safety Management System practices are applied by PHI AMG staff.
• Support PHI’s Destination Zero initiative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
